Where do I park and enter?

• Parking: Ample parking is available in the church property.

• Entry: Use the main doors; greeters will direct you inside.

What time are the services?

• Spanish service starts at 10 AM.

• English Bible Study starts at 10:45 AM.

• English Service starts at 12:00 PM.

• Spanish Bible Study starts 12:00 PM.

How long is the service and what happens?

• Service typically lasts 75-90 minutes

• Our services include congregational singing, prayer, Scripture reading, preaching, and giving. We celebrate the Lord’s Supper the first Sunday of every month.

Are there any opportunities for me to talk to and meet new people?

• Yes. Between our Spanish and English services, we have a 30-minute fellowship time where everyone is invited to enjoy free coffee, juice, and toast. It is a relaxed opportunity to meet others, have conversations, and connect with our church family.

• If you’re joining us for our English service at 12, we encourage you to come at 11:30 to enjoy this time and get to know each other better! We hangout outside under the big tent.

What should I wear?

• You are welcome to come as you are. Some people dress casually, while others wear more traditional church clothing. There is no required dress code.

What is the worship music like?

• We sing a mixture of biblically faithful hymns and contemporary worship songs. Our services are focused on congregational singing rather than a performance.

What is available for children during the service?

• Children begin the service with their families and participate in the first part of worship. At the appropriate time, an announcement will be made inviting them to their age-appropriate classes. Our children’s ministry volunteers will guide them to their classrooms. Parents are also welcome to keep their children with them for the entire service.

What do children do during their classes?

• Children learn the Bible through The Biggest Story curriculum, which helps them understand how the whole Bible points to Jesus. Their time also includes age-appropriate games, hands-on activities, and snacks.

Do you have a youth ministry?

• Yes. Sweetwater Students serves middle and high school students through Bible teaching, discipleship, fellowship, games, pizza, and special events. The youth group meets every Friday at 7:30 PM.

Do you have a young adults ministry?

• Yes. Our young adults (18-35) gather on Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. for Bible study, fellowship, and discipleship. We’re steps away from FIU!

Will I be expected to give money?

• No. Giving is an act of worship for our church family, but visitors should not feel any obligation to give.

Is the church wheelchair accessible?

• Yes. Our building has accessible parking spaces, ramps, and accessible entrances. Please contact us before your visit if you need additional assistance.
